If you have AON as health insurance, you have to take care of paying invoices and making a declaration to your health insurer yourself. This means that after every treatment you have to pay directly at our Front-office.
You can pay in cash or by card. Afterwards you will receive a payment confirmation from us.
Every week we send you an (secured) email with your invoice. On this invoice you will see the number of treatments you have had with us so far. And the amount you paid for it.
After you received the invoice you can send these to your AON insurance company.
1. The costs for a physiotherapy session are higher than the amount reimbursed by AON . This means that you will not receive the full amount back from AON.
2. You need a referral from your doctor to be able to claim the amount with AON
Make sure that the date of your referral does not lie before the start date of the insurance.
You can find this date on your policy form.
3. Some AON policy’s have deviating conditions. Please check your
insurance policy first.
